We work in an open, honest way: we talk through everything that could affect the moment beforehand — weather, timing, launch site — so there are no surprises on the day itself, other than yours. Our pilots weigh every flight against wind and weather, and would always rather postpone than compromise on a day that only happens once.

How we go about it

You tell us discreetly what you have in mind. We keep the reason for the booking between us until you're ready.
Coordinating with pilot and ground crew
Launch site, timing and any surprise at landing are quietly agreed in advance with the whole team.
Calm and privacy during the flight
With a private flight you hire the whole basket — no other passengers, only you two or your group.

You choose when, during the flight of at least 60 minutes. Our pilot stays quietly in the background.

Of course — just let us know if you'd like a reception arranged at the landing spot, and we'll factor that into the planning.
Safety always comes first. If there's too much wind or rain, we reschedule free of charge to the next suitable day.
That depends on what you find most beautiful: the rolling hills of Heuvelland near Poperinge and Zonnebeke, the wide polder landscape around Diksmuide with the IJzertoren on the horizon, or the historic centre of Ypres with the Cloth Hall and the Menin Gate. We're happy to talk through the options with you.
